On May 11, 2023, the NSU team celebrated the completion of Seminary Hall’s restoration with a ribbon cutting. In our 30-year history of great design projects, Seminary Hall is up there as one of the most historically significant. We began work restoring the oldest institution of higher education in Oklahoma — located on NSU’s campus in Tahlequah — in 2017. Many hands have contributed to the success of this complicated project — from our team over the years to our collaborators including historic preservation specialist Walter Sedovic Architects, Wallace Design Collective, Phillips+Gomez, and Manhattan Construction.
After over 6 years and 3 phases of work, we are thrilled to share this milestone!
