94 West Tiny Home Community

A Pocket Neighborhood Designed for Lake Living and Connection

94 West reimagines the tiny home community as a more intentional way to live, gather, and retreat. Located on the wooded shores of Grand Lake, Oklahoma, the development combines compact, high-quality homes with a site plan focused on connection, walkability, and outdoor living. Rather than treating tiny homes as isolated cabins, Narrate designed 94 West as a true pocket neighborhood—one where architecture and landscape work together to foster community.

Spread across 3.5 lakefront acres, the community organizes homes around shared green space and carefully framed sight lines. Wrap-around porches face neighboring homes to encourage interaction, while landscaped buffers maintain privacy and preserve views of the lake. The result feels more like a small resort village than a traditional residential development.

Inspired by the character of Colorado mountain towns and European village planning, the site emphasizes human scale, accessibility, and a relaxed pace of life. Residents can easily reach nearby dining, golf, and recreation by foot, car, or golf cart, making the community both connected and comfortably secluded.
