Pi Beta Phi Sorority House Renovation at OU
As membership at the University of Oklahoma continues to grow and Greek life evolves, Pi Beta Phi is planning thoughtful improvements to its chapter house to better support members and remain competitive during recruitment. The project began with a comprehensive design study that explored long-term opportunities for the facility, balancing future growth with budget priorities and phased implementation.
While the original vision included a larger campus expansion, the first phase focuses on the spaces that will have the greatest day-to-day impact: a 1,800-square-foot kitchen and servery renovation, along with updates to three third-floor bathrooms. By prioritizing these high-use areas, the project strengthens the daily experience for current members while establishing a clear roadmap for future improvements.
