Hogan Assessments is in the people business, specifically helping companies find the right people to hire and the best ways to develop their talents and skills. When the company decided to build in downtown Tulsa, we knew the building’s interior had to make a strong statement about Hogan’s character. They are in the personality business, so they came to us with a list of words and phrases that define their company’s personality. The new facility also needed to be an effective tool for attracting and retaining young talent from much larger markets while portraying an image befitting a global leader to the employees who travel from all over the world to train at the company headquarters. Ultimately, it is Hogan’s personality that shines through this sophisticated space.
Hogan’s interiors feature Herman Miller‘s “Living Office” system. Each space has what it takes to evolve with the organization and its people, as their needs change and business opportunities arise. It’s a flexibility that relates directly to an understanding of Hogan’s purpose and character, and the unique activities of its people.
