Executive Assistant
Narrate is seeking a qualified individual with a history of excellent performance for a position as our Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant must be extremely organized, customer service-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and be willing to work as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with teams on project deliverables by combining specification sections for issuance, posting/sending out drawings sets for print, and scanning documents
- Manage copier/plotters
- Manage license and accreditations, including track licenses for renewals, CEUs, managing associated professional memberships, Certificates of Authority, and registrations with Secretaries of State.
- Schedule and coordinate Lunch and Learns
- Manage company events and meetings
- Book travel, meetings, Conference Rooms, company cars, Zoom Meetings, etc.
- Coordinate office open and closing duties
- Answer phone and direct calls accordingly
- Monitor and order office, breakroom, and janitorial supplies
THE IDEA CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- 2+ years of office management or customer service experience, preferably in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Associate degree or higher in a related field (preferred but not required).
