Because of our experience helping other districts pass successful bond proposals, and our ability to listen carefully to the needs of our clients, Selser Schaefer Architects was asked to assist Perry Public Schools with their $25 million Bond Package. Our design team worked with educators, staff, and the community to help ascertain the specific vision and goals for Perry Public Schools.
Thanks to the combined efforts of Selser Schaefer Architects and Perry Public Schools, the Bond Package passed successfully in November 2018, and the project broke ground on November 19, 2019.
Speeches to celebrate the groundbreaking were given by Perry Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Terry McCarty and Head of the Perry Board of Education Jason Procter, and the Perry school band and cheerleaders performed. The official groundbreaking ceremony included Dr. McCarty, Selser Schaefer Architects Associate Principal Brian Thomas, and representatives from Joe D. Hall Contractors, the Board of Education, and Perry Public Schools.
