A rebirth of the former Tulsa Ice Company building built in the 1920s, Selser Schaefer Architects’ own Ice House is more than a creative, urban work environment for the firm. In giving the building its soul back and remaining true to its original industrial aesthetic, the adaptive reuse is Selser Schaefer Architects’ contribution to the revitalization of Tulsa’s historic Kendall Whittier neighborhood.
