Selser Schaefer Architects was tasked to design a concept for a Tiny Home Community that could be site adapted to recreational sites. Crafted around an intimate, human scale, these tiny home communities will offer the perfect recreational getaway — one with a sense of belonging and a desire to linger.
A perfect example of our motto, “people-first design,” the first tiny home development located at Grand Lake is designed to promote fellowship and community — and lake-side views.
“In our world, we are so connected yet we are lonelier than ever. I wanted to build something unique that is more focused on humanity than just making a dollar.”
– Phillip Uzzel, Developer
