Broken Arrow City Hall

City of Broken Arrow

The City of Broken Arrow continues to grow, and with it, the demand for modern, efficient municipal facilities. The current 35,434-square-foot City Hall no longer meets the needs of the staff, council, and community it serves. To address these challenges, the City partnered with Narrate to lead the design of a new 51,210-square-foot City Hall that will house critical departments, provide space for future growth, and create a civic destination that reflects Broken Arrow’s forward momentum.

The planning process began with a comprehensive programming effort that engaged every City department to understand not only current space needs but also projections for the next 15–20 years. A citizen-led Site Selection Committee played a key role in evaluating options—from expanding the existing facility to constructing new—ensuring public input and transparency in this important community investment. Narrate worked closely with both staff and the committee to study multiple scenarios, presenting conceptual design ideas and cost analyses to guide informed decision-making.
