Tulsa Property Group is an integrated real estate development, investment, and management company with a mission to develop thoughtfully designed, high-quality walkable communities. As advocates of New Urbanism, Narrate Design was asked to create a design for The Village Flats located in the Pearl District. Phase I was completed in 2020, Phase II was completed in 2023, and Phase III was completed in 2024.
Phase III completes the build-out of the Central Park and Village Flats neighborhood with a group of 10 rental townhomes. These impressive townhomes are two stories with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,551 SF of living space. The modern farmhouse interior design features white oak hardwood floors and beams, along with designer finishes and walk-in closets.
Following the approach taken with the Phase I buildings, the single-family townhomes are designed to blend seamlessly with the Georgian-style buildings already present in the surrounding neighborhood. Together, the Phase I, II, and III buildings fill the missing middle housing needs of the area while adding the unique feature of rental townhomes.
