The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame (OMHOF), located in Muskogee, OK, is set to undergo a $2.4 million renovation. This transformation, funded by public and private sources, will redesign the historic OMHOF building, museum, concert hall, exterior, and overall branding to create an engaging, interactive experience celebrating Oklahoma’s rich musical heritage. The renovations are projected to be completed in early 2026.
Opened in 1997, the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame building has a storied past, initially serving as a bustling train depot in the early 20th century. This landmark has celebrated the state’s musical legacy for nearly three decades, hosting exhibits and events honoring Oklahoma’s influential musicians. After nearly 30 years, the Hall is set for a transformation that will honor its past while inspiring the future of music in Oklahoma, with Narrate and Hampton Creative leading the redesign efforts.
